Health and Hope is a partnership between Health and Hope UK & Health and Hope Myanmar. Together our mission is to bring hope and development to the poorest in western Myanmar through primary healthcare, education and food security projects.
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our small team in the UK, who will help to shape and grow the charity's work, taking a lead in sustaining the recent growth of the charity as well as diversifying / future-proofing our funding base.
You will be joining our faith-based organisation at a key stage of growth, working alongside the Executive Director to secure new and ongoing funding partnerships, in addition to leading on the marketing and communication strategy for the charity.
You will play a key role in driving business development and securing new funding and partnership opportunities across our core income streams including working with UK churches, individuals, corporates, trust funds and our patron's office.
As a small team in the UK, the needs of the charity are quite diverse. As such, the role will be varied with significant potential for development and seniority for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who has energy, passion, creativity, business acumen and a servant heart. Someone who is adaptable and can bring their experience, or a set of transferable skills, able to throw their hand to all aspects of supporting the development of the charity's work.
The role will suit an experienced fundraising manager or partnerships executive seeking grow into a senior leadership role.
