We work to envision and empower remote communities to become thriving and self-developed. Our work is centred around the three key areas of health, education and food security.
Our health programme consists of six projects. The main focus of our work consists of training and supporting Community Health Workers (CHWs) and Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs). Over the last 8 years we have worked to bring food aid into remote communities affected by famine and flooding. We are currently looking at developing our work towards supporting resilience among small rural farm-holders through a number of key partnerships with local and international NGOs focusing on home gardening and crop diversification.
