Community Ambulance
Displaced families in remote, conflict-affected areas struggle to access care during emergencies, illness, and childbirth due to bad roads and no local ambulances. Monsoon conditions restrict access to four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicles, leaving pregnant women especially vulnerable. Health & Hope's 4WD community ambulance service bridges this gap, delivering vital emergency transport where standard healthcare cannot reach.
On 18 February 2026, Nadi (name changed), 55, sustained a spinal injury. With no air transport available, her husband contacted the ambulance service. The ambulance provided immediate, careful transport to hospital and back. After two months of treatment, Nadi and her husband returned home safely.
