Key Meetings and Free Health Clinics

The relief efforts continue with the team distributing further food packages and running free health clinics in Chin State.
Over the last week, Dr Sasa was able to meet with the Honourable Chief Minister of Mizoram, Mr Lal Thanhawla as well as the Honourable Chief Minister of Chin State, Mr. Hungai.
We are really grateful to both Chief Ministers who lent their support to the work of Health and Hope. With their generous support, the Health and Hope team have been able travel across the border and run free health clinics in Hakha and in some of the surrounding villages.
Over the next week, Dr Sasa and team will be travelling back through Chin State running mobile health clinics and distributing clean delivery kits provided by the UNFPA into remote village areas.
